  Awful food. Awful service. Went with my other half and my daughter Saturday afternoon and it was a shambles! Staff were not accommodating. Was over charged which was rectified immediately after. Food arrived, bearing in mind it was £25 for 2 adult dishes and my kids who's 3, was not up to scratch. the tomato in my burger was thicker than the chicken breast... it was overcooked and greasy... My other half ordered a triple cheese wrap which only had one type of cheese in it !! We couldnt even be bothered to complain as other tables were.
  Then the cheek of it ! One of the staff gave us a questionnaire about our visit.
  we are not the type to complain but i will continue to avoid even on a night out... Do not want to hand over any of my money to this pub again...

  Nice pub chain in the Chelmsford town centre. 6 or 7 tables outside and on the balcony. Lunch deal from £5.

  Went here for a friends birthday a few weeks ago. It was £5 a head to reserve an area, which was quite generous. They had 2 for 1 cocktails all night and we stayed until closing because we were enjoying it so much.

  Great place for lunch! Offer 2 for one drinks and £5 plates! I had the steak and my wife had Butternut Squash Lasagna. Friendly staff and very clean.
